There are probably three reasons why they choose those particular Jaguar games. One being that they own the license to them, the second being that they have some sort of interesting history. Fight for life was the last self published game released for the system.

I don't understand why Atari puts these games in the logo since it won't be available in the game...
Atari once asked on Twitter what games people wanted to be in the collection, and I suggested 5 games
Qwak (1982) - Prototype
Firebeast (1983) - Prototype
Cloud 9 (1983) - Prototype
Cloak & Dagger (1983)
I, Robot (1983)
They just didn't put the others because they were prototypes.
You do not have to thank me ;)
Also, the main Atari 50 graphic (that has tiny images within the fuji logo) shows the box arts for Checkered Flag (Jaguar) and Centipede (8-bit) and those were not in the leaked list either.

These games appeared in the logo, and are not present.
Oh yeah, you're right. I forgot. The Atari ST version of Asteroids was in the trailer too.
EDIT: The box art for Radar Lock (2600) is in the main graphic too. Also not in the leaked list. Once again, I'm taking this all with a grain of salt for the time being.
