Selina Plus War Drum

FYI feedback regarding Selina's skill activation with War Drum. Her skill is unable to be used when at full health which then prevents you using war drums as a method of attack / damage. Only a minor issue so wanted to feedback for consideration of altering.

I was using the same combination and it took me some time to realise the game wasn't broken, it was just me forgetting about how her skill works.
