about ending
I am too dumb to understand the ending properly (English is not my first language)
So Oliver had trauma and autism but Ms, Lawrence gave him drugs so he recovered and finally opened up to his friends to share his number?
but Judith is alone in hometown and suffer lovesick for Oliver and live miserably ever after???

After Violet's death, all of his friends one by one had moved away, Judith was the only one who stayed and the events of the game are something like a dream he's been stuck in, processing the events long after they've happened while (until now) refusing to accept her passing

Accepting that these things have happened, separating the paranoia and fantasy from reality, accepting that time has moved on, and it's time for him also to move on with life - symbolised by willingly accepting a mobile phone - is the finale

It is sad for Judith that she essentially waited on him and he isn't returning her feelings, but her acts don't mean he owes her a relationship, and his feelings of being unable to control his life as a relationship with Judith was uncomfortably inevitable, are valid.

On the optimistic side, he's still free to explore the world and himself a little more, and later accept her feelings after being sure he's not being forced to

At least that's how I see it!

thanks! that makes a lot of sense. so it is actually very good ending, right? He could overcome her death and move on, reminds me of a game called OMORI. In fact, he seems to be having great time at college, What was Ms. Lawrence plotting though?

Yep, and it might be their tales aren't over yet, the developer still has more ideas from what they've said!

I don't think she was plotting anything in particular, just trying to be supportive of his recovery but not able to do a lot beside prescribe medication, it's likely no one had any idea what was going on inside his head the whole time!

A lot of the things we saw of her were Oliver's paranoia, like her giving him medication interpreted as her drugging him, her blaming him for Violet's death or the reminders about Vi's helmet (he has major guilt that he didn't make her wear the helmet, and voted for the place with the hard floor). At least one scene was actually Ms Lawrence (Judy) speaking but We/Oliver saw her as Judith!
