Underwatered plants, watering can – stuck at the begining

Hi guys, is there a bug with watering can? If I water some plant, quest description count x10 did not respond, nothing happpens after I watered any plant. Also there is no indication, which plants are underwatered and which not. I simply dont know what to do next.

Now I restarted game and problem disapeared. I dont know, where was the problem before. I still have saved buged game in slot.
