Sorry eves_faith, there is not. It's exclusively 1st person. You can turn off motion blur in settings but it might not be enough for you.

This is disappointing. I was really looking forward to playing this game, but I also suffer from motion sickness. I can't even watch a person a playing it on Youtube in full screen. I really hope the dev team adds an option for third person. This will make the game accessible to many more people.

I know I felt the same way when I first loaded into the game. Most people somehow settle on the default sensitivity, but I turned it down quite a bit and turned off motion blur. Now, this isn't something that effects me too severely and you might get annoyed with turning super slow as a really lame alternative.

For a very cozy game, I've been slightly disappointed with the accessibility options in this game so far.
