Anyone know how to fix the bridge? I'm on day 14 and haven't seen anything about it

Hello, I am Day 32 (early summer), but I do not have the quest to repair the bridge.. however I have the garden hose as written on the TO DO LIST

the request? mine are empty and i still cant repair it lol

Edit: after awhile looks like i'm finally getting "special quest" to move forward but not sure, met the other npc finally

I think you have to finish Marcus' quest to get a lot of Jasmine and then you can use the customization board and can fix things around the garden
