Using Xbox Standard controller on laptop
Every time I use my Xbox controller on my laptop and play the game, the character that I use NEVER stops taunting. The game pad works fine on all my other games, it's only on AEW FF. I was wondering if there are others that also experiences this

Many thanks

Try downloading xbox accessories app from the Microsoft store to see if the controller has a firmware update available. My xbox elite controller works fine on a dell laptop but I did do several firmware updates before using it.

If that doesn't fix it, please log a bug report via the link in the following thread, if you have a minute. Thanks.

Many thanks,. i will file a bug report. The controller firmware update didn't help. The character still keeps on taunting making the game frustrating.

Note: The controller works fine even when I checked it with other games and also with the tool set.

Check https://gamepad-tester.com/ and see if your right thumbstick may be drifting. If it does, you may be able to increase the stick's deadzone to compensate, but you'd likely want to exchange the controller if you still have warranty or change out the stick.

Nevermind, just brought new controller, and it's now working on that one

Check if your controller's right stick is drifting with either Windows' controller app or something like gamepad-tester.com .
