Draw Conclusion Quest

Does Anyone know what i have to do to complete the misc "Draw Conclusions" quest i been playing 22 hours and i still cant figure it out already passed the game

Bit late but you can complete it once you've done all the Hyena's quests. They don't show on the default quest tab for some reason even if they're still in progress.
