Not sure what I am supposed to do here for Syl's post-game story. That's the only item left and I went around speaking to everyone in Speo, but I can't find anymore quests (I think I only got the chicken quest and the missing child quest).

Unless there's another spirit world? I even got all of Syl's abilities and told off that head-hancho Major Karsak.

Ok, I found the quest to get the one Karsak back from the springs (I already beat whatever stole his clothes) and leaving triggers the final(?) quest where I need to speak to all of the Karsaks in Speo.

Maybe you're looking for the karsak in the crystal fields in Chalko? They're at an end of the tracks up on the far north part of the field, should be standing next one of the chickens you need to find for a different quest, too.
