Is it worth playing now?
I dunno. One of my biggest regrets is grinding tf outta Hades and beating it when it was in early access and then by the time it was released and it had a ton more content I never really wanted to go back and play it again. I'm scared I'm going to do the same to myself with this game. How EARLY access is it? It says version .2 in the game or something like that Is there a general roadmap for when this game will be released or how muhc will be added? I know it's weird to have FOMO for a game that isn't even out yet but does anyone kinda know what I mean? Like playing through a half completed game will take away the joy of playing through it when it's full completed. (Yes I understand that's the point of early access )

I would hold off for now. Its fun but not very fleshed out imo. Also for me it has frame rate issues which should not be a problem with this type of game. But I'm sure that will be cleared up. I did have a blast playing it and I think the game play is good. Played it with my son (co-op).

You have 2 hours to check it yourself...

Playing 2p/3p and me and friends are having a blast.
Game is fast, challenging and offers a load of customization among trinkets, weapons, gifts, hexed gifts, perks and fishes.

The only bug we found so far is the one that triggers upon reconnect while choosing a reward ( it only gives shells for the reconnected players rather than a list of choices ), but it also happened a single disconnect in many hours, so it's not a big deal ( hopefully will be fixed before release ).

Compared to other EA games, it feels like a completed one.

There's definitely still a lot of content yet-to-come, so if you want the complete experience all at once you'll need to wait.

worth playing if you want to help and provide feedback, like for real. If you just want to buy it now and play the game, no, don't buy it.

People need to stop treating early access as a game releasing and then crying about bugs and incomplete systems and stories. Understanding the game is very limited right now and just wanting to "play" the game for FOMO, no, don't even bother. EA is about testing and helping with feedback, playing before it's "done" is just a small bonus and should NOT be the main goal when buying into an EA game. You're not missing anything by not buying it now, you are saving yourself in actuality.

Wasn't specifically saying you were crying, I was speaking in generalizations, I see that exact situation too often nowadays. People get hyped because a game that looks cool is in EA and then they do nothing but complain because their save is corrupted, a mission is broken, optimization is not great, etc.

was just kinda replying to "all". No finger pointing intended.
