I can't play with the gamepad

The gamepad is a DualSense. The menu keeps jumping, and I can't select anything except the play button. In the game itself, there are no issues with the controls. If someone has solved this problem, please help!

Hi, yes, if you have DS4Windows, you need to turn it off because you can connect the gamepad without the emulator.

I had the same issue. What fixed it for me was right clicking the game in steam then going settings -> controller -> disable steam input

I had to *enable* steam input for it to work:
Right Click Windblown in Steam Library -> Properties... -> Controller -> Override for Windblown -> Enable Steam Input

check your pad isnt on bluetooth connection and usb at the same time.

thanks for this - my 8bitdo was acting up until I disabled steam input

btw this can be done in-game as well through the steam overlay
