Just saw a player with an Octopus character

How do you get it? Dark skin, tentacles as hair, with coloured glow on the edges of the tentacles.

There's rare drop skin, called Project 2501, from the 4th area. Once you get that blueprint, you'll then need to pay 1.000 Cogs to unlock it.

Its a rare skin dropped by the same looking enemies in the fourth biome. In 20h i only dropped it once personally.

You sure you didn't confuse it with the Early Access "Intern" skin? Had the blueprint drop basically couple days into the Early Access launch and it had unlock cost attached to it.

100% sure, i do not like the intern skin, octopus and bat all the way
