What is the difference between Arcade and Simulation? I am confused.

I may sound like a perv LoL but one thing I noticed is, when you choose to molest your sister in her sleep ( hey it's juts a game, I'm not sick IRL LoL) You only see the narrative, we don't actually see an actual scene or render animation of what we're doing. Will this change in the later stages? Because it should LoL...
