How do I use the Hacker? I'm ultra confused.

like I see there are those routers but no clue what the input for, I see that I can get my way into other computers with it but still no clue how to decipher the password, same with the red windows passwords. I'm in a bit of a pickle.

I'd like to note that I actually found the 99999 door which was obviuos and an9other door that actually had 123 as its code, but i got it by luck.

another note, i pressed the + several times until i found something that is 99% the password to the PC im trying to access but it just not it?

EDIT- the number in it wasnt a part. tho.
