The game is telling me to go to the coffee shop but i can't find it

I couldn't find this all night yesterday either.

It's in Versten Residential. There's a small park with a rock in the middle of it across from the Bernardi Estate. Enter that and on the left is a little pathway up to the coffee shop.

You can also get there from the alley way fire escape by jumping off of it and through the window on the opposite building.

you gotta make a choice either kill the mercenary (silver) or kill vladimir. I went with killing vladimir he drops like 50k and then I went to silver at the coffee shop and talked to him after that the mission was completed
