Is the Memory is Precious quest unfinished?

I'm quite far in now and it seems like i have to go below the Necropolis, but that's under construction for early access, is that the end of it for now then, or am i missing something?

Speaking of, has anyone been able to find "Adriaan de Jonker" for Mathilde in the apartment blocks? I can't find him anywhere

And the quest to find an item for The Damp and the Dark, where the hell is that, i've seen (i think) every inch of underground sludge in the sewer but no item

Sounds like it's a multiple endings case but there's some issue with it handling one of them. It closes fine if you pin the robberies on the bodybuilders.

Yeah but if you investigate Otto's shack at all it seems to just softlock the quest. Hey at least hans has a nice gun you can steal at the top of his tower.

otto and hans shouldn't become hostile unless you investigate the shack. I think the only way to actually "finish" this quest right now is to just get the hollow heads, talk to the doctor and report back about it. If you investigate the shack and hans becomes hostile you just can't do anything about it anymore.

Usually in video games you turn in a quest by talking to the person who gave it to you in the first place.

Alright dude theres no need to be an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. If you're pointed to the Gym but the actual quest is completed in a separate location than anything the game suggests, then of course people are gonna feel confused and lost.

I think the reward as it is rn is getting the Automag from Bramby, and probably is not finished, but thats a big probably.
I don't know what to expect from Ville and a quest about gym bros making hgh from human skulls just having no resolution or recourse feels like a very him thing to do.

he's in the basement section of the luxury apartment. you can get there from Floor 2, but will need to obtain the Basement key from the Unique NPC on the 3rd floor first.

I got in through the sewers outside, there's also a vent you can use but it's a massive drop.
