Is there a definition of what they do located in the game? Or can someone list them out and how to get them?

I think there's five. Well Rested is obtained by sleeping at Stal, Forge God by crafting several items (or maybe using a potion), the gold one I believe is for completing several orders before resting or using the Midas potion, and I forgot the last two. If ye earn a bonus when resting, it'll say so in the experience summary screen

Thanks, do you know what they actually do? Like what the benefit for them is? eg larger 'green' areas in a minigame or extra items/etc?

It'll say in the character status screen (directly above all the missions/orders). Well Rested for example gives 25 extra energy, Forge God improves item quality (I assume this means items crafted will never be red/poor quality) and the gold one increases prices from completing orders/selling stuff
