Locked out of story and can't turnin item to forging vault

Forging vault won't accept my activated bird, even though it's on the list.

"Searching for Drystan" -- no on in the shipwright's village will talk to me.
The sneaky at the bottom of the map won't speak to me.
I need a "code" for the mine above and there's no code.
I have a quest to go to snowlands but no way to buy the skill to enter snowlands even though I have the materials necessary.

EDIT: Forging Vault is still a problem, but I've managed to progress with sneaky and gnome.

The devs confirmed that it was a bug and its fixed on the next patch, and it will up soon

I have the same problem with the activated bird and can't complete the vault. Good to know, it will be fixed soon.

Hey! Sorry for the issue you encountered. The patch is now live and should allow you to turn in your bird!

I can't progress with the sneaky and the gnome. I don't have the sneakies letter anymore and I tried to talk to the sneaky on the island by himself near the ship city, but I didn't hv my sneaky ring with me so he won't talk to me now and I can't progress.
