I beg....Damascus tool recipes please...

I for the life of me haven't been able to unlock any recipes for damascus tools. Its gotten to the point where I've been trying to make random combinations in my attempts to at LEAST get a pickaxe. I've been repeatedly checking both the hunting and the potion-making town's boards for recipe quest items, but no dice.

Can someone PLEASE tell me what the difference is with the damascus tools I'm losing my mind.

For recipes

just look at Iron recipe and make Damascus version of the parts. Only a few items don't have a Damascus version such the scythe doesn't have an upgrade.
Example of a Damascus
D. Axe - 4x4 square then two wood below it.
D. Pick Axe - (sharpend 1x2) 2x wood in middle (sharpened 1x2)
