Stuck getting over the bridge glitch

Hi! So ive completed the repair of the bridge, ive got my wagon, i have the orders to go over said bridge to cross the swap and travel to miners camp but cant actually do it. The pixel art is showing a broken bridge …. Yet when i go to the area and ‘enter’ its fixed and nothing to do. Please dont tell me i have to restart the game :(

Go back to home base and speak to old mate he will give you a quest to go north west, when you cross follow the wood stakes and the group will disappear under you and hurt you

the problem is getting over the bridge-I am also encountering this glitch on the gamepass version.

I don't know how to fix it or what brought it on-I did everything in one day (the fixing of the bridge- going back and talking to myrtle, upgrading the stable) but willow and all the crafting benches were still in the bridge so I had to go make a camp next to the bridge- have my character sleep to see if the bridge gets fixed but the bridge doesn't get fixed on the main map. but when I go into the location its already fixed- the anvil and grindstones are gone. The game physically doesn't want me to progress anymore.

Yep im the same to all of you, tried going back talking to old man still broken, tried sleeping, restarting game and all still broken. Gutted! Im also on the xbox game pass version! If anyone finds a fix please post coz i don't wanna start again tbh! Lol

Yep same as me it sucks as i dont wanna restart itll ruin the fun of it tbh

The issue is getting over the actual bridge :/

I’m having a similar issue. I fixed the bridge, but I can’t leave the area. I can cross the bridge but there’s no way to leave the map.

Yeah, they are waiting for the patch to go up (it takes a while for gamepass/consoles), they just dont know when its going to be up, its between tomorrow and next week

Hey! I'm sorry that you were impacted by this issue. We are working with our porting partners to deploy a patch as fast as possible. In the coming patch, this bug has been corrected. For everyone who cannot move to the swamp because of the broken bridge despite having repaired it, we have added a retroactive fix that will automatically fix the bridge when you enter the world map scene after the patch has been downloaded on your device, no need to restart a save.

Downloaded today on Gamepass, ran across the same bug. I couldn’t leave the scene when I completed fixing the bridge. Used all my energy to respawn at home, bridge is not crossable. Game seems really fun, shame this bug prevents any progression.

I too am stuck at the bridge right after fixing both holes. Can't leave the area. This is on XBox GamePass
