Glitch in quest "Testing is caring"
I've been told to gather ingredients from. An NPC upon the start of this main quest however the NPC has a gold exclamation point and cannot be interacted with. I've tried reloading, sleeping in hometown's bed and trying things like rolling before interaction. Any thoughts or is this save file just done for?

Maybe its the wrong NPC?!? I encountered the rat guy way too early and the interaction changed when i reached the point where i had to talk to him.... I'm guessing you just have the wrong guy?!?

You'll need to complete the quest she gave you before you can go back to get the ingredients. The quest that needs to be completed before is "Bottle It Up!"

Thank you so much, I was scared it was a game breaking glitch. Its a great game

Thank you very much. That was my problem. I didn't know you couldn't do those put of order with two quests on one NPC. Thank you very much.
