Iron Adze Receipt

Hello,
does anyone know where I can find the receipt for the iron adze? I haven't found it yet and don't where I might find it.

I'm guessing most of the recipes like that are just random. You can ocasionally get them as a reward from the Mission Board requests.
Unless it is a quest item and the quest giver gives you the recipe - which I think is not the case for the Iron Adze.

Yeah, you can find random recipes doing some orders, but you can also find the iron adze recipe before fixing the board in the lumberjack village ( if you interact with the broken board) if im not mistaken

Found this accidentally just now actually. In Strom Village there is a pile of rubble. The text says something about needing a tool and it gives you the recipe for the Iron Adze.
