is there a limit to the amount of time i can screen capture ?

ive added my desktop as a source and i wish to capture some live video lectures using obs studio. the lectures are in about 3 4 hour chunks. assuming i have no issues with storage or keeping my screen on, is there a time limit to the amount of video i can capture?

for example: with the screen record feature of windows game bar, i can cap 2 hours before the recording auto stops.

there is no time limit on what you want to record.
and you can customise your own settings on the quality and the storage itll take

Theres no limit, just make sure you have enough space on your hard drive when you are finished recording.

So, technically... The only limits you have are your disk space
