Can't capture League of Legends / Black screen

Latest update made impossible for obs to capture League of Legends or some apps unless they are on borderless... anybody with this issue? with borderless and window capture games suffer with lots of screen tearing and fps drops...

download version 30.2.3 from github. Then when the problem is solved you can switch back to the current version on steam
