Audio Output Problems

After a couple days of using and working on the settings, I can't seem to hear anything on software or games even with these Headphones, when I open something and then OBS, the audio output doesn't work or anything while I am recording or streaming. Except I can hear it's recording or streaming video after I am done. Also, not going off topic or anything but, I'm using my Father's laptop as a back up for Steam so I try not to screw up his Laptop. has anyone had this problem before when using OBS for Streaming or Recording. I wanted to use other streaming stuff but I am a Rumbler (meaning I use Rumble for Videos) so I had to use OBS for RTMP.
