Every Time I press play for OBS on steam, it never opens.

How do you mean it never opens? You mean you can not launch the program? You know you can download this program from their website also right? Its 100% free. If you are meaning it refuses to launch, I have no idea. I have never had this problem in all the years I have used it. You should try to uninstall, and reinstall it on steam. If that doesn't work I would try downloading it from their website at, https://obsproject.com/ & see if it will work that way. If not & you get the same problem as you are having on steam then post in their forums for help here, https://obsproject.com/forum/

Also make sure you uninstall it from Steam before installing it normally to avoid any conflicts.

Same issue its running somewhere but completely unable to see it or interact either have to exit it using steam or task manager. Was running great when I started but its always something with Obs, awhile bricking itself in some new way when you least expect it.
Edit: Already uninstalled and reinstalled reset multiple things on steam and computer still the same. Not really surprised though. I went through a removed every single piece of OBS from my computer which wasn't easy for some reason reinstalled same issue.

Okay so I just found a solution for this issue until another eventually arrives. Uninstall Obs on Steam, open task manager and shut any obs programs that are running, then go to your apps and uninstall obs again and make sure to remove all saved data not just the downloaded file if that doesn't work check task manager again I might start running again. After all of this go download obs off of its website and it should work at least until something else goes wrong. Wish we had other good options for stream but we don't. Basically just scrub it from your computer completely but it seems to fight back a little.
