no sound on facebook stream
we are using OBS to stream our sunday service, and have been for a while. We stream to Zoom and facebook live. Until June 11 there was never a problem, since June 11 there is sound on Zoom and video but no sound on facebook. I don't think anything got changed between June 4 and 11, and certainly nothing I can see. Does anyone know if facebook changed something or what the problem might be? Thanks much!

1. Check Audio Sources in OBS:
Make sure that your audio sources in OBS are correctly set up. Double-check that the audio sources you want to capture (e.g., microphone, desktop audio, etc.) are added and enabled in the audio mixer section of OBS.

2. Restart OBS and Facebook Stream:
Sometimes, technical glitches can occur, and a simple restart might resolve the issue. Close OBS completely and restart the Facebook stream as well.

3. Restart Your Computer:
Occasionally, audio issues can be caused by temporary system glitches. Restarting your computer can help refresh the system and potentially resolve the problem.

4. Check Audio Settings on Facebook:
Ensure that you have the correct audio settings on Facebook for your live stream. Make sure the audio is not muted or set to a very low volume.

5. Check OBS Audio Output Settings:
Verify that the audio output settings in OBS are correct. Go to "Settings" > "Output" and make sure the audio settings are set to the appropriate devices (e.g., Default, Speakers, etc.).

6. Update OBS and Audio Drivers:
Check if there are any updates available for OBS and your audio drivers. An outdated version of OBS or audio drivers could be causing the issue.

7. Run OBS as Administrator:
Try running OBS as an administrator. Right-click on the OBS shortcut, select "Run as administrator," and see if the audio works during the live stream.

8. Check Audio Mixer Levels:
In OBS, ensure that the audio levels in the mixer section are not muted or set too low. Adjust the levels accordingly to make sure the audio is not being blocked.

9. Test with Another Streaming Platform:
To rule out potential issues with Facebook, try streaming to a different platform (e.g., Twitch, YouTube) and see if the audio works there. If it does, the problem might be specific to the Facebook streaming setup.

10. Reinstall OBS:
As a last resort, if none of the above solutions work, try uninstalling OBS and then reinstalling the latest version.
