for now i finally found reason why this bug exist bc im using 48000 Hz(both desktop and obs audio settings) result some game dialog muted while bgm plays

only works by using 44100 Hz apply both obs and desktop audio setting to able hear dialog functionally, hopefully useful if anyone experience muted dialog using application audio capture

Update: If method above does not work, try turn off Spatial sound on windows audio setting

application audio output meant for app audio only can freely select any executable(on property setting), also im not sure u meant executable audio or desktop audio for recording/livestream?
