https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FO9lnZfdefk - Skinny Bob Footage, nobody knows who made this video and this is why this might actually be real.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TukvVnadRic - Joe Rogan show where they talk about documentary called Ariel School Phenomenon where lots of children actually saw real aliens and they all described them wearing black skinny turtlenecks.
But, about dropping the ball? I mean, how should aliens look then? Naked? Come on, m8.
Aliens are not cave people and they most likely are wearing something to protect their skin like we humans do?
Plese don't describe me some naked monster aliens because you will drop balls for sure.
PS: DEVS know what they are doing. I personally don't like the face of those aliens but everything esle is good.
I think they should not all be with sad face. I'm sure that it would be creepier if they have slight smile on their face or neutral face.
So, why not to wear it on another planet?
good luck breathing then.
If you look into the Skinny Bob story, apparently his turtleneck jumpsuit thing was actually provided to him after he was captured/rescued.
There would definitely not be a digital timestamp on a film from the 60's. This is 100% fake.
Furthermore, this is what an actual 8mm home video from the 60's look like, which has much different properties than the Skinny Bob Footage :

It just looks much cleaner and the film grain is apparent. We already had color film back then after all. One could expect the KGB to have had at least this level of equipment.
Story goes that they offered million dollars to creator of skinny bob if he shows how he did it. Problem is, there's still no artist who claims it to be his work.
With every year it can be faker and faker because our tech to create something very lifelike goes better and better.
And, it's very easy to say FAKE or NOT REAL.

Anyways, even if it's fake - it's very well made fake!
And 100% not only CGI but rather puppet + CGI and some other ♥♥♥♥ that Spielberg uses to create very lifelike dinos from Jurassic Park 1 to 3.
And I would be happy if they add such well made fakes in those AAA movies.
Gosh! All those movie aliens look for sure 10000% fake. :D
PS: Game looks good and can't wait to get my hands on it.
I think it's 100% CGI. To me the moving area around his eyes and the way he blinks look very much like the controls on the left. Also his general movements when he appears to be interacting with something is tell-tale sign that this is CGI. This is not even motion captured but old-school animation :

It boggles my mind that so many people attribute such a high level of quality to such jerky looking movement. To me, the only production value this video appears to have is about a month's worth of work from a single well trained CG artist.
Besides, that heavy filter on top of it all has a lot to do with why it looks realistic. It's obfuscating the imperfections and inadequacies of the render a great deal. It's like those new body-cam games that look so real. Yes they have nice Unreal 5 graphics but it's mainly because of the filter and radial deformation added on top.

Edit : Take a look at this :
https://skinnybob.info/#visual_effects
And why Ivan doesn't come out with the thing?
Ps: Not claiming it to be real or anything and not pointing on saucer videos at all. Actual hominid is so well done.
To my knowledge, there hasn't been any big budget Hollywood productions featuring grey aliens since the 90's so it's unsurprising that you never saw a better made CGI grey. But if I may reiterate, the presence of the heavy black and white film filter paired with film damage overlay is the main reason why it doesn't look obviously inauthentic because they serve to obfuscate the render's inadequacies.
If I had to assume, this Ivan guy doesn't need recognition or fame because he probably already works for a computer animation and visual effects company. I would think that he'd rather keep the suspense alive.
I showed this to my friend the other day, who currently works at ReelFX and formerly worked at MPC, and he basically laughed in my face. When I asked him why he thought it looked so obviously CGI, he gave me the same appreciation of the creature's movements as I posted above. I also asked him if he thought it was possible for a single CG artist to produce this and he said yes without a doubt. This makes it even more doubtful to me that an actual CG artist gave credence to this video, as the legend goes, or that a great production value was involved.
So, there are always people who are quick to throw "this is fake" on everything they see.
Even those pentagon ufo clips. I mean, actual pilots talk about how they see those every day and then there are some average Joes claiming those to be fake and posting some experiments in their back garden to prove their points. YUP! I believe those guys and not professional NAVY pilots because for sure pilots are dumb as ♥♥♥♥ and don't know what they are targeting.
Anyways, I'm not here to prove anything. I really don't care that much.
PS: I just watched this 60fps video again, and maaan, it seems to me like it's very difficult job to do with CGI. Sorry" :D
If your "friend" laughed, tell him to mimic something similar and if it's possible, plz post it here.
It should not be hard, right? It's just an easy CGI.
Peace
