How do I research stuff?

I may have missed a tutorial, but a lot of stuff is locked behind the "research" thing, but I can't seem to find HOW to research..

I already have money in the research budget, I just don't know what to do next, it says there is no item to research...

Hi! Did you mark the categories of the research priorities?
In the Research Window, you need to set the budget and choose the categories you want to research. This applies to deco items but also to the ingredients in Coffee Editor.

I'm not sure if there is a tutorial for this, but if there is not, or if it only plays once, maybe add a tool tip to remind the player to mark those? Or maybe have them all marked at the start? Or if none are marked, consider like all are marked?

The game is so amazing! I'm really really loving it! I'll buy it as soon as it comes out!

That's awesome!!

I really love the management aspect, hiring workers, keeping them happy, as well as keeping the customers happy! I also like making custom coffee and giving them funny names haha
