How to escape using the phone

You need to go to the roof and call helicopter with it

If you are in the prison map, you need to take the vents (accessible from the cells) to the roof. There will be some fences that you need to either blow up or cut to pass through. From the roof, you can use the phone, and a helicopter will land in about 10 seconds. You will then be able to 'use' the helicopter to get in it.
If you are on the ocean map, you need to either dig to one of the corners underground, or make a golden key. If you go for the key route, you'll need a wrench to open the vents if you want to escape at night. Once you are outside, you need to either head to the top or the bottom dock and cut or blow up the fence to access it (but if you have a bomb, it's better to blow up a wall on the left and take the jet skis out). Once on the docks, head out on the pier that is beside the area where you can use a raft, to the farthest point on the dock. You will then be able to use the phone, select which dock you are at, and a ship will arrive in about 10 seconds. Hop in it, and leave.

Thanks for the ocean, I thought a helicopter was coming there too.
