Blocked on Daisy Armstrong Bug

Playing as the first Joanna Locke section on PS5 and it appears the game has broken.

I found the nanny before talking to the mom, so I exhausted her dialogue tree before talking to the mom and giving her her daughters photo, only for her only dialogue to be to tell me where the nanny was.

In let's plays I've seen it appears that once I've talked to both I should get a new mind map option to check for contradictions. I definitely see contradictions, so I'd like to do this, but my mind map just appears with all branches complete.

Unfortunately, there are so many auto saves, I can't just reload an earlier save to avoid the bug.

1 - can anyone confirm this is a bug and I'm not missing something else?

2 - if it is a bug is there anything we can do to fix it? Knowing it is on ps5

Typically I had to yo through every interaction possible before new one opens up. Can you check one of the walkthroughs?

Have you also gone through all possible interactions with the father? I believe he's in the living room at that point in the game.

just an update if anyone encounters this. yes i talked to every npc multiple times. devs confirmed it was a bug. had to start over at the prior chapter.
