Disconnecting continuously online game

Hi everybody, from 20 days i can't play online game because while I'm online in the server with the other players I keep getting disconnected from the server. Anyone could help me to solve this problems? I tried 2 kinds of connection : fiber connection and cellular data connection but the problem persists. I don't know what to do anymore.

i ran into this problem with my online save this past weekend, just kept crashing at same point and apparently other saves my friends are in encountered same issue. This was what they did and i did the same and worked. Its a pain to do, you have to retire all managers in the save with exception of the host and move it a few days then have them rejoin the save.
