President/Sporting Director game mode and possibility of using a real manager.

Hello everyone, I know someone else probably had my same ideas and thoughts but I always thought it would be cool for FM to have some kind of "President/Sporting Director" mode.

Yes I know that it could be really boring and repetitive seeing as a the sporting director's role would be to just basically help the manager finding players and assembling a squad but why not add it? I get why you wouldn't since this game is literally called "Football Manager". Maybe the president game mode would be a little more different from the usual way you play FM.

One thing I think is a MUST have is a feature to play as real-life managers, It would be as easy as just selecting it after loading the database etc.. and I would even add that - of course- not ALL the managers are gonna have the 3d avatar in game so just add the possibility of customize it however you want.

You can kinda already do that- the President/Sporting Director thing by just giving your GM/Assistant coach all responsibilities except scouting and signing players. In essence you basically only fulfill a role like that and trust your assistant to actually manage the team in matches.

As for the latter, that would be cool I’d like to see that implemented.

You can actually play like that. Delegate more than half responsibilities to background staff such training, tactics etc and focus only in buying - selling players.
