not loading/recognising face packs, skin, logos, etc

Hello,

I'm having an issue with my Football Manager game that didn't happen last year. Normally, after installing the game, I download the usual facepacks, logos, skins, etc. I did all of that, but even after extracting everything correctly, putting it in the right folders, and restarting the skin in the game, nothing changes.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and repeated this process about 3 or 4 times, but nothing changes. Everything is in the right folders, but the game doesn't recognize its content.

Do you have any tips or suggestions to help me with this? Just to inform you, I play on a Mac.

PS: I've already contacted SEGA and Sports Interactive support, but they were not very helpful.

Make sure that "Use caching to decrease page loading times" is unticked
and "Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences" is ticked

Also make sure that you are downloading the files for Football Manager 2023 not other year like 2022 or something

I have the same issue except logos and everything is fine but player faces do not show up. Its not for every face, some show some don't id say about 50% of them do and don't. I have ''Use caching to decrease page loading times'' unticked and "Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences" ticked but it has not helped. I've also tried using different skins but the problem is always the same. I'm on windows and i think this started after the new update.

Go to the site you download the facepack (I assume it was sortitout?) and see if there is any updates for the pack you downloaded
