offline mode

is fm 23 cannot play in offline mode?
when i have internet connectivit issue, i tried to start fm when there is no internert. steam at offline mode, but when i try to launch fm, the same pop up always appear " steam in currently in offline mode, for thr first launch go in online mode ..."

the thing is that my internet at that time is down, so i cant go online mode. is there a way so i can play the game when there is no internet connection?

You will be able to play offline after launching the game for the first time and installing the latest updates. I'm afraid that if your internet is down you may need to try and find some public WiFi or a phone hotspot to do so, but after doing so you will be fine to play without a connection.

Every now and then you need to start the game up in online mode. It's only a 1 off thing though, after that offline mode is fine. 99% of the time I play it in offline mode.
