In next tab "Program Settings"
- Click on Add
- Browse
- Go to C: folder (always install the game there)
- Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Football Manager 2023 > choose the fm.exe file
Restart your system
In Game Preferences, choose Graphics Quality to Medium or Low. Your GPU is not a powerhouse to handle better than medium. In Low will run fine.
