I don't understand what you are saying
In theory if you generate a dungeon running a cleric/mage and find a sustenance ring, you can then recreate the same game by creating a custom game with a different character and then clicking on "Dungeon Seed" box at the bottom and putting in the seed, in this case 0010642D, assuming that you've kept the settings the same as the previous time, it should generate the dungeon with the same items.
In practice I don't think this will work; the map layout will be the same, but the item generation customizes depending upon the character class (eg, if you're not playing a bard, you don't get bard items), so I'm not sure it'll generate the sustenance ring in the same place.
