does the pricing for trainz plus include the living railroad features on steam?

Trainz began life way back in 2001 and was one of the pioneering games when it comes to User Generated Content. So the trainz + "standard" says $7.99 for the first month, then billed $3.19 per month after. But if you pay for the entire year up front, it's $69.99. Their write-up even states that buying a whole year up front is supposed to save you like 25% or something. But based on what this is saying, it's actually about $30 cheaper to do monthly at only $3.19 per month (after the initial $7.99). Hi i recently got trainz plus (standard) and i have set it to the same game folder as Trainz 22 and the game won't just crashes every time i try to open up the game. Can someone tell me what i should do?

Well not directly free, but I keep getting the newer versions having bought it once, no ongoing subscriptions and I can buy the DLC I actually want instead of having them all making the game into a total storage nightmare. You guys have lost the plot. This community isn't for you to fleece out of all the money they have.
