Bugs and suggestions/frustrations
I have been waiting for a good boxing management game for PC since 1984's Sierra Championship Boxing. I love the idea and the genre, but the games that keep coming out are just not getting there. So I have high hopes for this, that being said, some bugs and some suggestions.

First and most importantly when it comes to the user interface and player frustration:

When you are in a menu section and need to make a decision, all the data required to make a good decision in that screen should be right there. For example, when I schedule a fight, I need to know basic things like, the stress and energy of my available fighters. I shouldn't have to back all the way out, go to my roster, check my fighters, remember that info, navigate back to the fight schedule and go from there. The data should be available exactly where you need it, rather than having to leave the section and start over every time. This design philosophy should drive the interface.

In Stat Training, if you scroll to the top the scrollbar stops properly. If you slide it to the bottom, it flips you back to the top of your fighter list.

In Stat Training, once you select a fighter, you get the red bars indicating the skill levels of the stats, but no numbers, like in the Summary Screen. Since trainers get bonuses for things like, training the lowest stat, we need to be able to see for sure what the data is for those levels. Currently red bars can look similar when one is actually slightly ahead.

Scheduled fights I can't tell who I have scheduled from the Calendar. It would be nice to see that there. Instead I go to like... stat training menu for fighters and see it if it's within the weekly schedule? Reschedule it maybe? Should be some better way to know who is fighting from the calendar. Mouseover even.

Is there any way to see the stats of the fighters that are fighting? Or the ones that you have fought? I would like to see the stats on the fighters that are beating me. I'd love to see my stats and the opposing fighters stats on either side of the fight screen while the fight is happening. I just started and am just in the weekly tournaments and whatnot in the demo, so perhaps it gets better, but currently I have no idea what stats I am getting beat by, or if I even have any chance at all of winning a fight at all.

Speaking of that, started a game, recruited 5 fighters, 0 wins across all of them for some weeks, can't tell why because I cannot see opposing fighter stats, but it also sticks you at $100 and no way to hire staff or improve anything. One could theoretically never leave this section of the game, while never having the information required to know what changes to make.

Recurring treatments. So say you have 5 fighters and want to hit them with the cheap 100 dollar health treatment option to regain their energy, you'd like to do that every day until they are back to 100 energy. Currently we have to select everyone individually and click through for each one, every day, every fighter. There needs to be a better way to do things like that. Perhaps being able to select a treatment to reoccur daily until a treatment goal is met, like 75+ energy, or whatever you select.

More data on energy/stress in more places. I'd love to have more information about things like... does my current training plan in the gym leave a fighter at <100 energy on fight day? I shouldn't have to break out an abacus to figure out this info, it should be easy to see right in the game interface.

Even better, what we would like is for our fighters to get stats trained up in the most efficient way possible, and still be at full energy for their next scheduled fight. It shouldn't keep forcing us in and out of all the menus to train, check energy, train more, check energy, get a treatment... it's pointless tedium but needs to be repeated for 5 fighters every week, we should be able to just set a training regimen up for them. Say, train X as much as possible so that we can still be at 100 energy for our next fight. Boom, done, every fighter in the stable can be getting just what I want them to, and being ready for the fights. There is nothing fun about navigating the same menus over and over to do the same things each week across the entire stable of fighters.

Currently the overwhelming amount of menu navigation to manage these tedious, repeating tasks is what is keeping me from playing this endlessly.

highly recommend the game "Leather" on iOS and Android to you. Its mostly text base but a lot of fun.

I don't really game on mobile, but I'll check it out, I see a lot of recommendations for it. I also appreciate your commitment to the boxing genre with your One-Punch Man avatar.

I agree with your advice, personally after some time I only kept one boxer. There's too much micromanagement that couldn't be automated, but I still have a lot of fun playing. On the other hand, the coaches' bonuses leave something to be desired, I wonder if later we can unlock others (I'm only Silver)
