Izuna drop altering jump height

This bugged state affects your max jump height by decreasing it until fixed.

j.8H can be cancelled on landing (unintentional?) by pressing either attack buttons, and doing so forces a sort of "short hop" state that can only be cancelled by actually allowing another j.8H to finish.

It does not need to be EX either. This can be desirable in some situations (while in this state, 8H after 66L allows you to land faster for better comboability) but also probably not intended at all.
