Pizza box glitch

hey,

I just received the staff room key from Peggy while trying to save Virginia and I realized the pizza box I need to get from the trash bin is stuck against the wall behind it (see picture in the link below):

I tried to get it by clicking anywhere near it but there is no visible hit box.

is it a known issue?

Thanks for getting in touch with us - sorry to hear you're having issues with your Pizza Box in Killer Frequency.

If you restart the game does the pizza box stay stuck behind the bin when you load back in?

We would also recommend verifying your files just to see if this helps at all. To do this:

1. Right-click on the game in your Steam Library
   
2. Choose Properties
   
3. Switch to the Local Files tab and press Verify integrity of game files...

Then attempt to run the game.

If the issue persists, please let us know!

Thanks for your quick reply.

I already tried reinstalling the game and load my save, as well as verify the integrity of locally saved files but the pizza box was still stuck.

As I'm not that far in the game I could try to reinstall the game after erasing locally saved files and see if the bug reappears.

I'll let you know if I do.

I'm having the same issue. Will try to verify the integrity as well. If there was a way to skip to specific chapters I'd be more happy to restart a new save, but it takes nearly an hour and fifteen minutes to get to this point.

Edit: "reset objects" worked.

I experienced this too. Though it's not really gamebreaking, I was still able to call the pizza place and save the would-be victim by finding the pizza flyer on the food critic's office desk.

I also just encountered this bug. I thought I was doing something wrong and wandered around for 15 minutes not even seeing the box was glitched behind the trash can.
