Minor glitch for the ending of the game i had

I had Beat the game, watched the credits for the best ending

then i went to reload my saved game for the end game sequence, but it turns out when i do this a scripted event that is supposed to play when the killer flees from the room doesnt seem to happen, he just chills in the room until the main character signs out and the credits roll.

i think its minor cause like this seems like the type of thing that only happens if you exit and load in to the game at the very very end, which would be a strange thing to do.

Idk thought it would be interesting to document.
