Stuck in Reggie's office

Even tho I found the safe code and looked at all the floppy discs, I can't proceed. I tried reloading from my last save point and trying again but it doesn't work. I know who to tell Peggy to go help save Jason but I can't talk to her and the objective still says to go to Reggie's office and view all the floppy discs.

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue.

Are you unable to use the intercom to tell Peggy who you want to call? The intercom is where you need to do this in Reggie's office behind the desk, not back up at the radio booth incase you went up there.
