You might like oxenfree series. It has similar game play driven by dialogue options and narrative however you actually explore an island. Has a similar vibe with their soundtrack and Teen drama

If you like the aspect of dealing with crisis calls as a 911 operator, then '911 Operator' and '112 Operator' are obvious choices.

Half of those games are giving advice and making decisions over a phone line, and the other half is simple real-time strategy (RTS).

Another game that's thematically different but is quite similar in mechanics is 'Radio Commander.'
