Report a translation problem
People have been complaining about both since the first gameplay trailers, though neither has improved at all.
A reviewer confirmed to me that there's no option to change anything about the in battle camera.
Aren't you funny? Check comment sections on the original trailers. It's a lot more than that.
Metaphor had the exact same problem. A mod fixing the camera was one of the top mods downloaded. The developers recognised it as an issue and provided an option themselves.
