Customization...?
Will you be able to customize/change the main characters' appearances, besides Costume and Hairstyle? No offense to anyone, but I can't say I dig Gustave's appearance...

Its highly unprobable. You dont create your own hero. Its the story of several main characters. I think they will remain the same except those things that you mentioned.
