Game Unplayable on AMD 25.4 +25.5.1 Drivers - Causing FULL system shutdown, something spiking PSU power
I am about 5 hours in at the yellow plains? (Can't get game to load to get exact area but there's a big old giant baddie looming over the horizon) and am met with a game breaking crash every time I get into combat. The game will crash my PC and power it off.

I have checked power cables to my GPU RX7600XT, I don't use a split power cable which was my first solution.

I checked temps (I am not getting over 65 degrees when the crashes happen) and have tried closing all programs and the usual troubleshooting tips (Overlays, administrator mode)

I also ddued my graphics card drivers and installed the newest driver as driver only for my card as I read Adrenaline could be impacting it. I also rolled back my drivers to an older revision and this does not work either.

It is almost as if there is something forcing a power spike that is causing the PSU to shut down.

NOTE: It is not the PSU as error cannot be replicated when stress testing or using other demanding software. It is a 750w before anyone asks and should be more than adequate in my set up.

Try rolling back to 24.12.1. I've heard multiple complaints about later drivers
If you're unlucky, something in your PC has a defect regarding electricity / voltage. I for example changed the PSU because my PC was very often crashing in games in certain spots. After changing PSU, it all works fine again. You're right, it must be a spike somehwere.
