I reverted to the older drivers and now it works fine.
There's a compatibility issue between the bran d new nvidia drivers and the game.
On game pass version I am still going crash-free with the 4070 ti but I might come back if this changes. I'm running all maxed at 1440p. But I did change DLSS to preset K (transformer model) on nvidia app and used DLSS performance setting.
I got the 4090 Suprim X.
Game wouldn't load at all, either you press play and nothing happens, instantly crashes basically. Or it posts a message saying "No Video Memory".
Reverting to old drivers fixed it, so it's definitely a drivers issue.
My System Specs: ROG Strix X870E-E, Ryzen 9800X3D, 64Gb 6000Mhz Ram CL30, Gigabyte Aorus 5080 Master.
Most often in Gestral village or red woods type areas, though occurred elsewhere too.
Rolling driver back to 576.02 resolved the problem.
For reference I'm using a 4080 Super.
