Something that is above and beyond "They are real!/They are fake!!!"

I think mine is that Clea has some sort of connection to the Writers, whether good or bad, outside of them killing her brother, due to Nevrons supposedly having ink for blood.

Another is that Maelle herself had a slight connection to Writers, perhaps a boy was getting involved with her (whether betrayed or not, similar to Romeo and Juliet style), allowing the Writers to use her/get close.

I think my theory ... the next game is based on a character on the 'Writer's' side...and they too would have some sort of power....and maybe they were wronged by someone on the painters side...basically building to a painters vs writers marvel style showdown which i would absolutely hate
